What Is Tesamorelin?

Tesamorelin is a growth-hormone-releasing analog that can increase IGF-1 levels in both men and women by an average of 181 micrograms/liter. This growth hormone can bind and stimulate the GHRH receptors that have a similar potency with GHRH.

This growth hormone also hosts many benefits which include:

• Nootropic effects
• Reducing triglycerides

Tesamorelin has shown to decrease carotid intima-media thickness (cIMT), visceral adipose tissue (VAT) and c-reactive protein (CRP.) Although, this growth hormone has not been linked to significantly affect other pituitary hormones and other respective mechanisms of the body. 

Besides, Tesamorelin can also improve cognitive function for people with old age, and patients who suffer increase risk in Alzheimer’s disease due to mild cognitive impairment.
