Sustandrol (old name: Sustamed) from Balkan Pharmaceuticals is a fairly potent steroid with high anabolic and androgenic effects. The active ingredient in Sustandrol is a mixture of testosterone esters: decanoate, phenylpropionate, isocarpoate and propionate.

The steroid compares favorably with individual testosterones with a low frequency of injections: it is advisable to inject it once every half a month.
